I have managed the supply, installation, provisional acceptance, maintenance plan, organizational alignment and capacity building programs of the quality and R&D laboratories in Turkey for agriculture, food and pharmaceutical industries according to the ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

Therefore, we can globally design, develop and implement the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation process and establishment of a well-structured laboratory.
We have developed a structured system of maintenance for the equipment. We have aligned all Standard Operating Procedures for the laboratory equipment according to the to ISO/IEC 17025 standards. We have established organizational arrangement, identified the maintenance process, developed and implemented for each equipment. We have built the capacity of laboratory analytical staff to carry out basic preventive and operational maintenance on selected equipment in the laboratory. We developed a guidance document (maintenance program manual) which defines a detailed schedule for equipment documentation, calibration and troubleshooting to maintain traceability, in line with ISO 17025 requirements.
For example, we have prepared TRAC analysis and R&D laboratory accreditation process manual and managed TÜRKAK accreditation process for the ISO/IEC 17025 approval.
So that we prepared and implemented analysis methods that are nationally and internationally recognized – such as Turkish Standards Institution, AOAC International, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), FAO CODEX Alimentarius, EFSA and other reliable sources.
We have designed and organized TNAs and training programs for laboratory staff about the laboratory equipment preventive and operational maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting and also analysis methods to test the products and customer needs in terms of sensory, physical, microbial, chemical, composition, nutrients, mycotoxins, pesticide and other chemical residues, toxic metals, additives and packaging materials, soil samples and plant tissue.
